Why is our homeopathy course unique and different?
There are many courses in homeopathy offered all over the world. Many of them are different in content and form. If you are interested in studying homeopathy it is important to choose a course that suits your needs. That is why we try to be as transparent as possible about what to expect from us.
Practical and hands-on homeopathic education
Our school is very hands on. Before we started with the school we had a lot of experience with other schools and noticed that many of them focus on explaining the theory but sufficient application of this to clinical practice was missing. Because this is so important we decided to do this differently and approach the homeopathic education from a hands-on point of view.
How does this work you might ask? Well, the first thing is that we shifted all theory that can also be learned through e-learning modules to an online environment, so all of our students can study this in the comfort of their homes at their own convenience. Then during classes, we try to do as many exercises and examples as possible to show how the theory is applied to real-life situations. For instance, we apply the theory about anamnesis in practical exercises, the materia medica is studied using small cases, during assignments you can see examples taken from reality and how to tackle the presented problems. During the whole course, you will work out and analyse more than 275 cases (in the Dutch course it is even more than 325 cases). This will help you gain enough confidence and practical experience to start a homeopathic clinic, after graduation from our school.

Many contemporary schools incorporate frills, mysticism, symbolism, psycho-spirituality and other homeopathically not so relevant ideas. That is something we do not do. The way you learn to prescribe remedies, to interact with patients, to find the appropriate remedy for the patients is based on true respect for the patient, efficiency and practical application. Homeopathy is not a kind of coaching, psychoanalytical method or mystical theory. We focus on real results and real improvement in health. This is quite a unique aspect of our school.

A practical approach is sometimes equalled to prescribing on one or more physical complaints. That is however, not what we do. At our school, we will learn you how to understand the state of health of the patient comprehensively and profoundly. Respect for the patient is paramount.
Affordable tuition fee
Another difference between our school and many other homeopathic schools is that we want to make the homeopathy course available for everyone who wants to learn homeopathy. That is the reason why we try to make the course as affordable as possible. By being efficient, we are able to keep the tuition fee low compared to other schools and still deliver high-quality homeopathic education. Also, the tuition fee is very clear compared to some other schools who have a complex structure with several hidden costs that add up to quite an amount of money. If you are looking for a course, our advice would be to make sure you get a complete insight of all the costs involved.
Only classical homeopathy
Since the mid-nineties of the previous century, a lot has changed in the way homeopaths apply and look at homeopathy. Unfortunately, most of this has strayed from the basic principles of homeopathy. Compared to most schools we do not idolise one specific homeopath or promulgate our personal ideas. For instance, systems like the periodic table (Scholten system), disease classification, CEASE, homeoprophylaxis, inspiring homeopathy, etc. are systems originally fabulated by one person and have lost connection to most basic homeopathic principles. We incorporate proven methods, which are in line with basic homeopathic principles and which will improve your success as a homeopath. All teaching materials in the school are uniform and if a member of the staff feels there should be an amendment, we first discuss this internally before we change the teaching materials and roll out this change to the whole course.
Flexible approach to analysing cases
We use a very flexible but easy to understand method to approach cases. During the first academic year, you will learn the basic analysis which consists of selecting symptoms, convert these symptoms into rubrics and then do a proper differential diagnosis. In the second academic year, we will add making a prognosis, applying several strategies and techniques and interpreting the reactions on prescribed remedies and shifts in levels of health. This ensures that you can analyse and tackle any case.
Discerning and inquiring attitude toward health and homeopathy
Probably in our homeopathy school we are very unique in the sense that we promote and stimulate a discerning and inquiring attitude towards published information regarding health and homeopathy. We stimulate students to analyse published articles, so they become discerning homeopaths.
